This was our first trip to Lancaster to visit a school for our son, so we were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel is located very conveniently to downtown and next door to grocery shopping and some restaurants and entertainment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations while we were in town. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is probably the best I've had in a hotel. We will definitely be back.

friendly staff, place was very clean…. loved that it was very close to grocery store Wegmans. my favorite one. loved that it offers full kitchen with oven and everything. I have many food allergies and find it difficult to travel because I can’t eat out and have to cook. so it helps that my hotel offers a real kitchen so I know I can travel and eat safely and well.

Location was great. So convenient to a lot of places. Wegman's is down the hill and they have a pathway for you to walk to get there. The hotel is beautiful, so modern. Breakfast was good - a lot of options and they provide trays so you can take it back to your room if you want. We had the king suite - came with a kitchenette and was very spacious.

nice recent hotel with great rooms. nice and quiet location with a large Wegmans supermarket behind the hotel. hotel clean and confortable. cheap washing machines and dryers to wash all of clothes, 1USD which was perfect when traveling with 3 kids on 3 week holiday
